These booking conditions apply to direct bookings made with Gîte Petite Florence.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed once the booking has been completed and full payment has been received. The total price, including any applicable direct booking discount and tourist tax, is shown before payment. Payment for direct bookings is made securely online.
Occupancy
Petite Florence accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. Only the guests included in the booking may stay at the gîte, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is between 16:00 and 18:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Guests are kindly asked to leave the gîte tidy and to place rubbish bags in the designated roadside containers before departure.
Baby cot
A baby cot is available on request. Please request this in advance so that it can be prepared for your stay.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the gîte.
Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.
Damage and care of the property
Guests are expected to treat Petite Florence, its furnishings and equipment with reasonable care. Please report any damage or breakage as soon as possible. Guests may be held responsible for damage caused deliberately or through negligence during their stay.
Changes or exceptional circumstances
If, due to exceptional circumstances beyond my control, Petite Florence cannot provide the booked accommodation, I will contact the guest as soon as possible and any payment made for the affected stay will be refunded.
